Ben Harold & The Rising is a Roots/Americana Rock band based in Milwaukee, WI. The band is known for its rousing, warm, and balanced narrative driven melodies grounded to their Midwestern roots. Their fiery performance and fine songcraft recalls artists like Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, and Glen Hansard. The 11 tracks on their new album, DRIFTER, affirmingly explore the very human and personal theme of denial, letting go, and finding peace. Ben Harold & The Rising has shared the stage with established artists Philip-Michael Scales, Andrew Leahey & The Homestead, Mike Mains & The Branches, Cordovas, and Guster. Their Single, BLUE, juxtaposes the feelings of joy one gets in those blue-sky “all is great” moments with the blue feelings we all struggle with at times causing one to ponder just how thin is the line between the two emotions.
